This teaching covers Paul’s third journey. During this journey, Paul travels with several people who are mentioned at various points of the journey. He strengthens the churches that had been established in the cities visited on previous journeys. He spends three years in Ephesus from where he writes I Corinthians. During his travel through Macedonia he writes II Corinthians (most likely from Philippi). He then spends three months in Corinth (from where he most likely wrote Romans). After this he retraces his steps through Macedonia and meets with the elders of Ephesus (at Miletus) on the return journey. He is warned multiple times to not go to Jerusalem during the latter part of this journey. Despite the warnings given to him, Paul does eventually arrive in Jerusalem.
